Communication with me is to be done via available platforms to both parties (e.g. Business Email, Discord, VGen, X/Twitter).

Client, must provide accessible files, references, descriptions beforehand for clarity of the kind of work required, when prompted.

Work will only begin once project's proposal and deadline are agreed to by both parties, as well as full or 1st partial payment is received.

Failure to respond to review requests in 7 days during the commission period will result in the project to either be completed or cancelled, both without refund.

Full payment is required before work begins, unless both parties agree on partial or custom payment methods.

If a client requests a refund within 24 hours, I will refund 70% of the given payment.

If a client requests a refund after 24 hours, I will refund 50% of the given payment.

Projects with a deadline shorter than the service's given minimum with incur a Rush Fee.

Whether a project can be Rushed or not will depend on my availability and feasibility.

If the client wishes to keep the project private, restricting public showcasing or adding to my portfolio, a Non-Disclosure Agreement Fee will be added.

All digital product prices in the product shops are final and non-refundable.

Project revisions are to be minor changes that do not render the work obsolete or unusable and require it to be made again from scratch.

Revisions do not include major concept changes, total re-doing, or new deliverables not covered in the original proposal.

If additional revisions beyond the agreed proposal are needed, the client will be charged an additional fee in accordance to the amount of revisions needed.

I retain full copyright ownership of all created commissions and sold digital products.

Upon completed payment, the client has a license to use the product(s) for their stated purpose in the work proposal or the type of license required (e.g. livestreaming, content creation, etc).

I retain the right to display my work in portfolios, social media, promo materials, and other public venues.

Redistribution, resale, or re-uploading my work without permission is strictly prohibited.

The client is prohibited from using my work in controversial situations or where my reputation can be damaged. If found using my work in such a way, I have the right to revoke the client's ability to use my work and take legal action where applicable.

Personal License - for personal, non-commercial use only (profile pictures, non-monetized accounts, hobby content, etc) and cannot be used for paid promotions, merchandizing, brand monetization, and so on.

Commercial License - required for business or profit-generating companies (monetized channels and accounts, livestreaming, business branding, sponsored content, etc).

Commercial Merchandising License - for businesses that want to use my assets in their own sellable products (designs on shirts, sticker, bags, other digital goods, etc).

All clients and entities are prohibited from uploading and using my work to train, feed, or enhance AI models.

All clients and entities are prohibited from using AI tools to replicate, modify, or generate derivative versions from my work.

Any violation of these terms will result in license revocation and legal action where applicable.

This term is applied to all my current work and retroactively.

I am allowed to share all project progress and finalization via public venues (progress snapshots online, livestreaming, etc).

If the client requires to keep all work in progress private until its finalization, they can request for it in the work proposal, typically free-of-charge unless stated otherwise.

If the client requires to keep all work private with no opportunity to publicly reveal the final product, the request can be agreed upon with a Non-Disclosure Agreement fee.

I am not liable for any damages, loss, or claims from 1) use or misuse of the final product, 2) hardware or software issues related to third-party platforms, or 3) unauthorized modifications done by the client or their related third-parties.

Client giving credit to my work is appreciated when applicable (e.g. "assets and design created by Yed Yasha")

Attribution is not mandatory unless explicitly stated in the proposal or upon agreement with myself.
